What is it about?

Only used to reply to you.

Your game as a ZIP with index.html at the top level, up to 200 MB. Every file is checked when it arrives.

What to include

  • Takedown requests: the game's name and URL, what right you hold, and how we can verify it. These are actioned first.
  • Privacy requests: tell us what you want removed. We hold very little, so this is usually quick.
  • Problems: which game, what you were doing, and your browser and device. A screenshot often says it all.
  • Game submissions: the game as a ZIP, or a link to it, and how you would like to be credited. Read the submission notes first; it saves a round trip.

What happens to your message

It is stored on our server in Sydney and read only by us. Anything you attach is checked automatically when it arrives, and a game is only ever tried out in a sealed-off preview before we decide whether to host it. Messages and anything attached are deleted automatically 90 days after they arrive, if we have not deleted them already. The privacy policy has the detail.

Response times

SyphonGames is run by a small team, so replies are usually within a few days. Takedowns and privacy requests jump the queue.
