Eight-ball played by the actual rules, on a table with cushion rebound, spin off the object ball and pockets that will punish a thin cut. Break the rack, and whichever group you pot first - solids or stripes - is yours for the rest of the frame. Clear it, then call the eight. The fouls are all here and they all cost you: scratching the cue ball, hitting the wrong group first, touching the eight before your group is cleared, or failing to hit anything at all. Pot the eight early and the frame is over, and not in your favour. Sink it after a clean sweep and it is. Aiming is done with a projected line that shows the cue ball's path, the contact point and where the object ball will travel, so the geometry is visible rather than guessed. Power is set on a meter before the stroke. The camera can be swung around the table to check an angle, and its sensitivity is adjustable in settings. Play it alone against the table, or choose Play a Friend: one player creates a table, the other types the four-letter code, and the two of you alternate frames on the same rack with the server keeping the score.
