Arcade games
One more go. The classics and everything that borrows from them.
Arcade games are built for one more go: short runs, a score to beat, and controls you can pick up in a few seconds. The classics are here in Breakout and Pinball, which has two full tables, alongside games that borrow their shape: SydeScroller and Neon Rush as endless runners, Voidlance as a vertical shooter with five bosses, Freefall and Tilt as runs against gravity, and Cannon Crush as demolition. Syphon's Neon Air Hockey and Bankshot are duels, Snack Attack is a platformer inside a vending machine, and Encore is an endless run staged as a play. Chaos Island is a party game of five-round survival tours and eleven minigames, Contrail Cup is air racing with medals to chase, and Acheron is a neon roguelite in which every run gets a little further.
